The Norfolk Oldtimers Men's Hockey League was established by a local group of wanna-be NHL'ers in 1984.
This organization is all about men over 35 who wish to play recreational no-contact hockey. Located in Langton Ontario, the league consists of 7 teams each of which are made up of 11 skaters, a goalie and a spare. Games are normally on Friday nights with some Sunday night games. The league is governed by the COHA as well as rules implemented by the league to promote fair play and good sportsmanship.
